Perhaps you should rename your blog "Crimes Against Journalism"?
Just read your obit of Claude Jeter... and was shocked to find so many major reporting mistakes. This from a New York Times writer and professor of music journalism at a prestigious journalism school? One mistake is understandable but FOUR? There really is no excuse for such awful reporting by someone as esteemed as you.
Step up your game... there are a ton of music writers out there who are better, smarter, younger, and will work for far less money. Soon enough they'll be nipping at your heels.
